CIS would like to reach out to all Head Coaches, Assistant Coaches and parents who are interested in starting to coach.
This year, with our commitment to providing a new development program to our players, we are investing in our coaches. We have included a new coaches onboarding document which you can find here:https://drive.google.com/file/d/13hx96kbWsVFhDdrJic3V5dCpQV4M5QDM/view?usp=sharing
This documents will provide all new coaches with resources, contacts, CIS coaches code of conduct, Q&A, where they can find support, what a head coach is responsible for. This documnet will help anyone interested a good idea of what's all involved in becoming a coach. We will be using GT Preformance to train our coaches has they will run coaching training sessions with just coaches and GT professionals on the ice.

With CIS's investment of more training aids for coaches to use on ice, we want to be surecoaches are using the new tools properly and effectively. Our investment includes the following for both Niverville and Ste. Agathe arena's:
- Screener tripods.
- Shooting Launchers For Goalies
- White Pucks For Goalie reaction training
